It basically restores helgen, gives you a player home and has a little quest line for you to follow and an arena. Its that communities best Helgen mod with millions of downloads.
The everybody in the TES community has heard about is Helgen Reborn. There are 2 mods that restore Helgen that are worth mentioning but none that reboot the Helgen quests (it would cause serious problems if you tried it).
