With the cybrans, getting up a T2 shield and upgrading it twice was enough to buy time to get some T3 AA turrets going, a wall of point defenses, and then to start pumping out some T2 artillery so their mass of T3 units couldn't just overrun the base. This slowed them down a bit, but not enough to make up for the delay on getting a respectable shield up. As the UEF it was easy - make like 4 kennels and it'll just keep throwing air superiority fighters at you to kill the kennel drones. the AIX rush can be taken down, but you need early shields, early point defenses, and some sort of bait to make them send units they don't need.to make it seems. You really need to get those T2 shields up immediately to stand any chance, and the UEF shields are useless due to being so tiny in radius. I WAS able to beat it as cybrans after a few tries. I wasn't able to beat it when playing as UEF, despite my best attempts.
